Medium Duty Pallet Rack System

● Medium duty - A type rack
Medium-duty A Type Rack is a common type of medium-duty racks, and is connected by uprights, beams, wide hitches, narrow hitches, and bayonet locks. The rack is formed by inserting, no needing bolts. Every laminate in the middle except the top and bottom is adjustable. The pitch is 50mm and can be adjusted according to the volume of goods. It is widely applied to various industries. Generally, the load capacity of each layer of the rack is 150kg-300kg.

● Medium duty - B type rack
It comprises uprights and beams hitched each other. The layer height of beams is adjusted by a pitch of 50mm. It is suitable for high load capacity with long rack unit, and the laminate could be steel plate, chipboard, medium density fiberboard and log board. It can be used alone and freely jointed together in any form. It is widely applied to various industries. Generally, the load capacity of each layer of the rack is 300-800kg.
The depth of upright can be customized according to customer demands and the standard depth: D=400/500/600/700/800.
The three-upright structure is recommended under the circumstance of D≥900.
